Crystal Industrial’s fixed injection/testing system from India contains a bull plug access fitting assembly through which an insertion tube or quill is implanted. A nozzle may be fixed to the tube for the purpose of injection wherever applicable. Injection/testing is done with the help of a stop valve toward the finish of the tube/quill. An optional check valve is available to ensure that the fluid in the system does not flow back to the injection apparatus if for any reason the pressure in the injection system falls below the line pressure.

The standard Crystal Industrial’s fixed injection or testing assembly contains the following parts:
- Bull Plug
- Injection Tube/Testing Tube.
- Injection Nozzle (if appropriate).
- Shut Off Valve.
- Check Valve (optional).
- Feed Pump and an Injection Liquid Tank (generally
customer provided).
Crystal Industrial’s bull plug, tube/quill, nozzle and valve are all produced using stainless steel. Different materials/plans are acquirable to meet the description of any utility. The tube/quill is manufactured with a coordinated blowout-preventor as an additional protection.
Crystal Industrial’s fixed assemblies are made for affixing through a standard thread o-let fitting, available in NPT arrangements. Valves are available in inlet sizes.
Check Valve prevents back flow of the chemical.
